Lean Startup Method (LSM) and Agile for Elicitation of System Solution Initial Capabilities (ICs)

  • UMBC University Center 1000 Hilltop Circle Baltimore, MD, 21250 United States (map)

Overview: This interactive tutorial will provide a detailed introduction to an approach using the Lean Startup Method (LSM) and Agile (Agile SE, SWE, and PjM/PM) to conduct a stakeholder-centric elicitation and development of a set of system solution Initial Capabilities (ICs). Participants will learn about, then practice, a defined set of process steps used to transform stakeholder Problems, Issues, and Needs, into a set of potential system solution Initial Capabilities (ICs). Any project can then use these ICs to enhance and improve Requirements definition, analysis, engineering, and management.
